How to set Gatekeeper and SIP disabled

In various situations, I need to turn off GateKeeper and System Integrity Protection(SIP) on macOS.

Gatekeeper Disabling

$ sudo spctl --master-disable

System Integrity Protection (SIP) Disabling

You have to enter Recovery Mode to do this when ⌘Command + R with power on the PC.

; Disabling
$ csrutil disable
; Check
$ csrutil status
